IT Application Support
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £33000/annum
This is an excellent IT Application Support opportunity to join a leading organisation as they continue to grow and expand.
In this position you will join the IT operations team in supporting both the IT infrastructure and the bespoke applications within the business.
The Role:
* You will be working as part of the wider IT team, but a large focus will be on the various applications and projects
* Ongoing IT support and maintenance
* Ensuring the systems / services can technically deliver business needs
* Application Configuration and installation
* Get involved in various IT related projects
Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience or knowledge of SQL
* Experience working in IT or software support
* Previous experience supporting a range of applications and/or systems would be a bonus but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of ITIL and service management in an IT environment.
* Experience of administering business systems.
* Experience of Information Management techniques.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience and an excellent benefits package
