IT Support Engineer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum
A Global organisation based in Bury St Edmunds is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing internal IT operations team taking a lead on a variety of projects and supporting the business with any 2nd linerelated issues.
As IT Support Engineer you will manage the day to day operations of the IT infrastructure. You'll be working with a small team implementing and managing the infrastructure to ensure the core IT across all sites of the organisation is stable and is developed according to the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain core infrastructure.
* Complete daily check, project reporting and BAU Support.
* Resolve complex technical faults maximising the use of any resource available.
* Successfully deliver Infrastructure projects.
* Carry out any other IT support and implementation duties as directed by the Head of IT.
* To manage infrastructure in accordance with industry best practice.
Key Experience:
* Windows Server experience
* Windows Desktop
* Office 365 experience
* Virtualization experience (VMware or Hyper-V)
