Salary : £19000 – £22000/annum
Our fast-growing and multi-award-winning client in Pulborough is seeking an IT & Telecoms Technical Support Trainee to join their team.
MFK Recruitment recruited an IT & Telecoms Technical Support Trainee to my client 18 months ago, this individual has progressed very quickly in the company, so the opportunity for growth is certainly there.

As a Technical Trainee, you will spend time providing IT support to our team, and also learning how to become a telecoms support engineer. This is an excellent development opportunity to train in networking, applications, and communications technology, in a team that is delivering an industry-leading standard of customer service. You will also gain in-house desktop support experience in this role.
What you’ll do:
* Work with our customers to understand and log technical issues and then work alongside our team of technical specialists to resolve these issues and provide the company’s customers with the support they need to implement and support their technology.
* Develop networking, applications and communications technology skills with the long term goal of becoming a junior support specialist
* Support the staff with desktop / Office 365 issues and local network related issues.
What you’ll have:
* You’ll be a team player, be career-minded and have great interpersonal skills
* Any previous IT or networking skills will be an advantage
* Windows 10/11 experience and Office 365 experience will be an advantage
* A passion for technology and great customer service

Own transport is essential due to the rural location of my client’s premises.
