THE ROLE
Key Role Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering a Transformation Programme that supports the group to be at the forefront of the industry
* Delivering an integrated Transformation Programme alligned with the Technology Roadmap for the business.
* Leading and delivering a broad portfolio of programme delivery that harnesses the skills and resources of the business unit teams and the wider group teams.
* Leading communication with, and engagement of, several executive level stakeholders to ensure that the value of technology initiatives and investments are excellently articulated, understood and bought into.
* Leading outward thinking across the teams so that new technology that can benefit the business is identified, evaluated and implemented.
* Working with Technology Teams across the Group in support of delivering agreed Roadmaps.
* Building relationships with peers within the organsiation.
* Delivering outcomes that are focussed on the highest levels of security, risk, compliance and cost control.
THE PERSON
* Previous experience in a senior IT or Transformation leadership role on, or engaging extensively with, the executive board.
* Strong people leadership and business transformation credentials with extensive experience of delivering multiple concurrent programmes.
* Demonstrable experience of proactively enabling company performance using digital, data and cloud.
* Have delivered transformation from a systems, process and cultural perspective, ensuring an agile, customer focused, business-led approach.
* A range of personal attributes that combine ambition, a strategic mind-set, commercial awareness, solid influencing skills, a collaborative approach, but also the ability to make and back your decisions and take people on the journey.
