IT User Support Specialist
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £250 – £330/day
IT User Support Specialist- Burgess Hill (Onsite)- 6 Months- £250-£330 Umbrella
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage IT support incidents and requests, perform root cause analysis and recommend controls for problem mitigation
Process new starters, movers and leavers requests
Perform remote and desk side support for end- user applications and hardware issues
Provide customer centric IT support for all applications, end- users and their devices
Act as single point of contact for departmental projects and problem management resolution across all endpoints
Deploying, patching and validating hardware builds including HP laptops running Windows 10/11 OS, Apple iPhones and Microsoft Windows ServerSkills/ Experience:
Strong knowledge of the Windows 10 operating system and general hardware knowledge
Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft environments, Active Directory, HP laptops and servers, virtual machine management (Hyper-V or VMware), printers, video conferencing suites and mobile device management
Competent in IT service management, reporting and the use of ITSM systems
3+ years in a similar role providing 2nd/3rd line support
