JUNIOR CHEF / KITCHEN ASSISTANT – RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME – GUILDFORD (GU3) – £10.00 – £12.00 PER HOUR 35-40 HOURS PER WEEK
This beautiful, friendly, homely, medium sized, family owned residential dementia care home based in Guildford seeks a Junior Chef / Kitchen Assistant.
You will do 2 days as a chef and 3 days as a kitchen assistant.
About the role
Opportunity to work and assist a professional head chef in the kitchen.
Ideally you will have some experience of cooking and/or as a kitchen assistant.
As a junior chef you will prepare traditional English meals to a high standard.
You will make sure all kitchen equipment, work tops and floors are properly cleaned.
You will also assist the chef in cutting vegetables and assist in preparing starters and sweets.
