Been working in Horticulture or recently qualified and looking to start a career in growing?

What will I be doing?
Reporting to, and working closely with the Head Grower, you will support with irrigation management, pest and disease management, and crop husbandry.
As your confidence grows, so will your responsibility!
As well as this, you will be actively involved in crop walks and support on any projects ongoing.
What do I need?
There is training for the right person, but we're looking for someone with a qualification in horticulture and a basic understanding of how a commercial, large-scale nursery works.
You will be keen to work in Horticulture and have a real enthusiasm to learn and develop.
As well as investing in their people, they also continually invest in their business and have just set up another new nursery.
They're big players in Ornamental horticulture and a name that is great for the CV.
