Operations Assistant (Clerk)
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the following;
Providing Air / Road / Ocean quotations to customer(s).
Processes and manage shipments Air / Ocean / Road.
Required Experience:
Some logistics experience useful.
Education:
Educated to GCSE level, with good grades in Maths and English.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge & Skills;
Must be fluent with the use of MS Office (WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL), with good IT skills.
Ability to:
Work on own initiative.
Strong Customer Service etiquette.
Good communication skills.
Able to work within a small team.
Terms: Full Time, Temporary
Hours: M-F 9.00 -17.30
Location: Staines, Surrey (TW18 3JY)
Salary: Temp role paid at £10.50 ph and then £20-£22k per annum as perm (depending on experience)
