We're on the lookout for Junior Sous Chefs to join several of our well-established client in Oxford.
 
About the role:

To support and assist both the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in their duties ensuring the efficient day to day operation of the catering food production operation across multiple sections.
In certain circumstances deputise for the Senior Sous Chef in their absence and ensure consistency and quality at every service.
You will be involved in several areas of the business and be integral in the management and development of all the food and hospitality.About You:

A strong awareness of Food Hygiene Regulations incorporating Assured Safe Catering, Allergen Management, COSHH and HASAW.
Planning and prioritisation skills.
Be passionate about what you do and have an open mind – be willing to learn and grow.
Professional knowledge of food preparation, food service, wine/beverage operations.
Possess the drive and self-motivation to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge relating to food trends and methods of food preparation and production. Working Hours:
Variable shifts available covering 42.5h weekdays and weekends.
