This role sits within our Health & Care division – catering for those in care homes, independent living villages and the NHS. Making a difference to local people across the UK, our Caterplus division prides itself on crafting superb environments for the over 55 community. As a Sous Chef, you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. We will give you responsibility for ensuring the food is to the highest standard, the kitchen area is always clean and well presented, and well-stocked.

In addition, you will ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to customers and clients and support the catering & services team with ad-hoc duties as required. Finally, along with all colleagues, you will ensure COSHH, food safety, and H&S are followed, with any incidents reported in line with documented procedures.
