Junior Sous Chef

Salary : £31800/annum £31,800
We are supporting our client based in the Chichester area with finding a talented and passionate junior sous chef for their prestigious venue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for their helping all sections in the kitchen and assisting on prep and during service where needed.
Responsibilities:
Preparing all mise en place for which sections needs assistance
Assisting on all sections inclusive of the pass during busy times
Supervising and training junior staff
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Management of your section during prep and service time
Assisting with any tasks set by the senior chefs in the kitchen
Collaborating with other sections to make sure all food reaches the pass simultaneously
