Multi trades recruitment is looking for a junior sous chef to join a high-end pub known for modern British cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. Who are expanding their kitchen team and looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join us.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily kitchen operations.
* Ensure food quality and hygiene standards.
* Contribute to menu development.
* Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff.
* Maintain stock levels and equipment.
About You:
* Minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining.
* Team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
