This Junior Sous Chef role requires previous experience in a similar role. About You:
You must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
Accuracy and speed in handling busy services and providing solutions
Must possess strong leadership skills
Be able to handle many tasks at once
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
The Role:
Ensure consistency and smooth running of food service
Give appropriate support or guidance to other members of the kitchen team
Control stock and ordering when in absence of the Sous Chef
Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety & hygiene standards
Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance to specification and served to the correct quality
