Key Stage 2 Teacher – ECT

Are you looking for your first teaching post starting in January 21? Pioneer People are supporting a school in Aston that require 2 teachers for their Key stage 2 department. They are looking for the right person to join their team and become a permanent member of staff.
This primary school is wanting to enrol some excellent ECTs into their ECT programme for the new year. They have flexibility on year group so are open to looking at the successful candidate's strengths. The setup is one that is culturally diverse and multilingual school with 2 forms of entry.
This school wants to ensure each child is getting the absolute best education possible. How they aim to do this is through a broad curriculum and excellent teaching.
They look for the best teachers to work with them and will provide lots of help, support and resources to ensure that each teacher can give their all to each child. Each Primary ECT would be assigned a mentor and enrolled in a full ECT programme that would include lots of CPD and development ran by not only experienced teachers and senior leaders in school but external experts.
A Primary ECT would get their release time as well PPA resulting in 1 full day off timetable.

* An individual who has had excellent feedback from their placements and can build a rapport with the students quickly
* A Primary teacher that will go above and beyond for each child in the school.
* A forward thinking, innovative Primary teacher that will bring with them new ideas.
The primary is in a fortunate position that they'll be able to adapt the class the successful candidate will teach to their strengths, more than likely will be Year 3 or Year 5.

To be considered for this role you will need to have –
* Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
