This role sits within our stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
Your key responsibilities as Kiosk Supervisor will consist of:
* Proactive supervise the kiosk team. Responsible for supporting, training and people development.
* Welcoming and serving our loyal fans with food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
* Providing exceptional and fast customer service in an exciting atmosphere.
* Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues
* Ensuring stock levels are maintained throughout each match.
* Preparing the team for the busy half time service.
* Ensuring the kiosk is cleaned to the highest standard and stock is rotated accordingly
Profile: The experience and knowledge we are looking for from our future Kiosk Supervisor include:
* Relevant experience of working in retail / hospitality
* Proven team leader experience
* Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to be part of a team
Working as part of the team to ensure catering hygiene
standards are delivered to the highest standards
