Kitchen Assistant

Salary : £11/hour
Cordant People are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to work for our client on the outskirts of Knaresborough on a permanent basis.
Pay Rate: £11p/h
Hours of Work:
You will be required to work 5 days out of 7
35 hours a week
Start Time: 11am/12pm
Finish Time: No later than 9pm, depending how busy they are on the day.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring deep cleaning of the kitchen is adhered to on a regular basis
To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times
Washing utensils and dishes, making sure they are stored appropriately
Support the chef with ordering from preferred suppliers
To help prepare food orders.
To assist in the monitoring and recording of refrigerator, chiller and freezer temperatures
Be prepared to undertake all reasonable tasks required to ensure a consistent running and cleanliness of the kitchenOwn transport is desirable due to the location.
