Kitchen Assistant

Salary : £12 – £13/hour PLUS OT, PENSION, PAYE
Logical Personnel Solutions are one of the UKs leading labour providers to the nuclear sector. We are currently recruiting a chef for ongoing work at Torness PowerStation.
Details:
* Between £12-£13ph PLUS OT, PENSION, PAYE
* Between 40hrs-60hrs per week on rota M-S during outage, M-F after outage 40hrs-45hrs
* Weekend overtime available at time and half and double time
* Working Monday to Sunday on a rota basis
* Permanent vacancy opportunities
Duties include:
* Preparing hot and cold food
* Large volume catering
* Meal preparation and menus
* Assisting the kitchen manager and working within a busy kitchen environment.
We are looking for candidates with:
* You must have your own transport / ability to get to site and back due to its location
* Flexibility to work various shifts days / evenings / nights / overtime / weekends
* Food hygiene certificate is preferred but not essential
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test and a criminal background check and will be put through full nuclear Clearance.
