About the position of Kitchen Assistant:
The Kitchen Assistant Duties include the following:
Supporting the Chef during the weekends
Maintain, clean and tidy the kitchen
Filling and emptying the dishwasher
Helping the Chef prepare breakfast & lunch
Putting away the stock
For this position you will need to have knowledge of Food & Hygiene, COSHH, Health & Safety.
