Shift Pattern: 40 Hours per week – will be various shifts across 7 days / Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities and duties:
* Ensure a positive working environment in order to provide excellent service to our guests whilst working with other colleagues as a team
* Proactively deal with any guest queries whether in unit or on village
* English must be 6+ written and spoken.
