Kitchen Assistant

Kitchen assistant required in Redbridge for an immediate start!
Do you have experience of working in a busy kitchen?
Are you able to multi task and work as part of a larger team?
Do you have an enhanced DBS on the update service as this position starts immediately?

This is a long-term position that has an immediate start date. The working hours for the role are between 10am and 3pm. You must be willing to work between 12pm and 3pm which is the shortest shift available.
Job responsibilities:
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
* Ensuring cutlery is washed, cleaned and available to students
* Keep food serving areas clean and tidy and wipe down to maintain hygiene
* Be willing to wash pots and ensure the chef has clean pots available as required
* Ensure supplies are accessible and can be located in store room readily
* Work as part of a team
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience working within schools or a similar setting
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service
* Be able to work under pressure and time constraints
* Be flexible in different aspects of the role
