Each member of the team is here to exceed the expectations of our guests, and we are passionate about ensuring that every guest leaves our lounges feeling relaxed, refreshed, and comforted.
Job responsibilities:
* Maintain the appearance of the Lounge throughout the opening hours
* Ensure the washroom facilities are thoroughly cleaned and consumables always stocked
* Receive and store stock delivery and rotation.
* Ensure the correct disposal of waste material throughout the shift following recycling procedures.
* Restocking of cleaned crockery.
* Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas
* Assist the chef with retrieving stock as required
* Assist the chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently.
Qualifications and Competences:
* Background in kitchen environment.
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
* Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
