Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week. 5 days from 7 working day time hours (we open 9.30 – 5pm), weekend working is essential but is worked on fair rota basis with no split shifts or evening shifts.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our busy catering team at WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre. With great rates of pay, no split shifts, or evening working, our team are ready to welcome you to the pond.

Deputising for the catering manager, you will create, develop and manage an inspirational kitchen environment that consistently delivers a high standard of food. You will be managing the kitchen team and taking responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchen and kiosks, cooking our seasonal menus and ensuring everyone in the team adheres to our food safety management policies.
