My client is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager for a Hospital Trust on the Isle of Wight.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the public sector ideally hospitals and/or schools management and have qualifications in catering health and safety and protocols
The main duties are:
Kitchen manager – operational manager for restaurant kitchens, including staff rostering and management, menu development, stores (inc. ordering)
is not a patient catering role this is for the on site restaurant (fresh cook operation)
This is a management position and cooking is not part of the role
