Leading a small team of like minded chefs, you and your brigade will be delivering some of the nations favourite pub classics in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is a mixture of fresh and prepped food to allow for ease of production at volume. You will be responsible for:
Delivering brand standards across a set menu
Training and developing your team
Reviewing and meeting budgets in terms of GP and labour costs
Monitoring all practices to ensure exceptional health and safety at all times
Inspiring and motivating junior members of the teamThe Who:
