Hours: 40 Hours Per week

My client is one of the most prestigious and industry leading Leisure & Hospitality businesses in the UK who are now looking to expand to bring the best talent to the business. I’m currently looking to speak with multi-site/large site Kitchen Manager/Head Chefs looking for their next step within their career journey.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
Ensure consistency of quality of dishes before they reach the customer.
Plan orders of equipment and ingredients, managing stock and wastage effectively.
Remedy any problems or defects.
Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff.
Oversee the work of the kitchen team.
Recruit, develop, train, and maintain a successful team.
Manage and review team workload to maximise efficiency and ensure standards.
Implementation of all legislative measures and administration required by the current Food Hygiene, licensing, and collaboration and respect across the team.
