Salary : £20000 – £22000/annum
At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Kitchen Porter,
The Role
• To prepare and load the dishwashing machine with plates, glasses, service items, cutlery and kitchen equipment. Ensure dishwashing machines are loaded well to ensure breakages are minimal.
• Assisting with light prep work in the kitchen
• Empty and dispose of food waste and kitchen rubbish throughout and at the end of shifts. Ensure that a high level of hygiene is maintained in the department at all times.
Experience and Skills required
• Domestic kitchen experience or in a similar role
• Understanding of HACCP & COSHH systems
• Ability to achieve and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
