Our client is a premier estate with a world-class spa, golf courses, and a range of accommodations including a Performance Centre. They are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Kitchen Porter to join their team for both part-time and full-time shifts, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Responsibilities:
Support the kitchen team by efficiently and professionally completing all cleaning routines.
Dishwashing, ensuring dishes are thoroughly cleaned.
Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, equipment, and keep the kitchen porter area organised.
Clean and sanitise work surfaces, walls, and floors.
Requirements:
Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated.
Flexible with a willingness to work various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekends.
Punctual with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow supervisory instructions.
Shift Patterns:
7am – 3pm
10am – 6pm
12pm – 10pm
