We have an opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our Senior School Catering Team. The role supports the chefs and kitchen staff with transporting, moving and replenishing stock, general tidying, cleaning and washing (pots, pans, utensils etc) and operating mechanical equipment. Our kitchen serves thousands of meals each week to students, staff and guests, and this vital role supports our small, friendly and efficient kitchen brigade in the daily service. 

It is essential that the post holder can work well with others, has a ‘can-do’ attitude towards work and customer service, and is able to work well in a busy environment. The successful person must hold a full UK driving licence as the role will require driving the catering van.

This role is a permanent position working 20 hours per week over three days during term-time (34 weeks per year). The starting salary for this role is £7,434.39 per annum.
