Kitchen Porter – Temporary – Fulltime
We are looking for 2 kitchen porters for a hotel in the Horsham area. This hotel has won many accolades and is known for progressing people through the ranks. We are looking for one person to do the early shift (07:00-15:00) and one kitchen porter to do the late shift (15:00-23:59).
This hotel is looking for more permanent staff so if you work hard and prove yourself there is every possibility of getting a permanent job offer from them
You will need your own transport to get to this location.

Key Duties for Temporary Kitchen Porter:
* Washing up crockery and cutlery
* Washing up pots, pans and utensils
* Putting away deliveries
* Sweeping and mopping the kitchen at the end of the shift
* Cleaning out fridges and freezers
* Basic veg prep (such as peeling potatoes)
* Any other duty as asked by the chefs
Requirements of a Temporary Kitchen Porter:
* Must be happy with some heavy lifting (20kg sacks of potatoes & 20L oil drums)
* Must be able to work standing on your feet for 8 hours a day
* Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment
