Salary : £8.91 – £10/hour
We are currently recruiting for 3 Kitchen Porters to join the kitchen team at a beautiful Hotel and Spa based on the outskirts of Chester. These Kitchen Porter rolesare available in Full time & Part time positions. Due to the location of this venue, access to your own transport is desirable or a reliable lift.
Your role as a Kitchen Porter:
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be required to carry out a range of activities including washing-up using a commercial machine, cleaning of all kitchen areas and basic food preparation. The role will also consist of ensuring the kitchen team are supplied with the equipment necessary to prepare food during lunch and dinner services. You will be passionate about providing great customer service and taking pride in all that you do. You will ensure all areas are clean & tidy, collect and wash up equipment, assist with deliveries and ensure the kitchen is kept organised.
Skills and Experience required to be a Kitchen Porter;
· Previous experience in a similar role desired but not essential as full training will be given
· Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
· Team player
