Kitchen Porters (Night Shift)

We are now looking for Kitchen Porters (Night Shift) to be based in our state-of-the-art Production kitchen in Perivale.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be involved in cleaning the production kitchen areas. Making sure that all health and safety regulations are up to company requirements.
The role will include (but not limited to):
Responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen and pots/pans
Responsible for ensuring products are correctly labeled and properly boxed as per instructions provided
Involved in lifting, bending, and standing depending on the task allocated
Fully competent with written and spoken instructions
Aware and have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements
Responsible for adhering to all applicable legislation and standards (H&S, Food Hygiene regulations, BRC, SALSA, etc)
Working Hours
Shift: 22:30pm – 6am. 5 days out of 7 days.
