Our client is looking to add an experienced large format production all-rounder to their production team to help keep up with workload, after going from strength to strength despite the last two years we have had. They produce work for some of the biggest names within displays and exhibitions across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company who already has an established track record in the industry.
As a large format print all-rounder you will have;
* Experience in operating a variety of machinery; flatbed, rollto-roll, hybrid and fabric printers
* Knowledge of finishing machinery; cutters, plotters, hot and cold laminators
* Working knowledge of Adobe CS – Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign along with RIP software
* The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines without compromising quality
* Great communication qualities
* A hunger to learn new machinery and techniques
* Good knowledge of all HSE legislation and you will adhere to these throughout production
* The ability to work well within a team environment as well as autonomously
The role;
* Operating large format printers; HP, Mimaki, Roland, EFI Vutek, Mutoh
* Finishing machinery; Zund cutter, Kongsberg Cutter, plotter, laminator, CNC machine
* Producing print and vinyl for displays and exhibitions
* Vinyl application to substrates; foamex, corex, dibond
* Quality checking your work ensuring the highest quality every time
* Preparing work on schedule to ensure timescales are met
