Laser Setter/Operator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £10.50 – £11.50/hour
Advanced Recruit are recruiting on behalf of their client in the Dudley area for a skilled and experienced Flat bed Laser Setter / Operator.
Job Role
* Quality focused and able to work on own initiative
* Using Flatbed Amada laser machines
* Using measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometres
* Liaising with the office on new drawings/programmes
* Working with mild steel
Experience/Requirements
* Team player Reliable, hardworking and able to work under pressure
* 3+ years setting and operating flatbed Amada laser machine would be advantageous.
* The ability to read from engineering drawings would be advantageous.
The Package
* Negotiable pay rate of between £10.50 to £11.50, also to be reviewed after the probationary period.
* 12 week temporary to permanent contract
* Overtime would be available when appropriate
* Free staff parking
