The role:
• Working on a Dialler system to provide qualified leads for the Life Insurance consultants team to convert new business.
• To build effective relationships and conduct fact finds with potential clients and existing customers by use of appropriate questioning, language and soft skills.
• To ensure that professional business and compliance standards are always adhered to and everyone is treated with respect.
What they are looking for:
• Reliable, positive and a 'can do' attitude!
• Previous experience of working towards targets ideally within financial services sector but not essential
• Ability to build rapport and add that personal human touch into our customers journey
• Enjoys working in a fast paced, vibrant, positive team that understands the benefits of sharing best practice
Experience:
– Previous experience within a, sales department, contact centre, Insurance, Telesales, and lead generator or customer service
– Dialler experience
– Salary – £18,000 rising to £20,000 after 3 months along with upto £1k bonus per month with great opportunities to move up to consultant level
