Learning And Development Advisor
Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £32000 – £38000/annum
We are looking for a passionate Learning and Development Advisor to join the team in delivery of L&D initiatives, working for a brand which continues to grow as a leading business within its sector.
No experience in the sector is necessary as our client recognises the value of a workforce from diverse backgrounds and welcome applications from candidates who have a strong L&D background who can build strong relationships and deliver an excellent training and development. These key attributes may have been developed in other industries and our client recognises the value of such input.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Track record of working with SAP SF or similar system and confidence in systems reporting, solutions & training. Experience of SAP SF would be an advantage
* Design and delivery of training solutions (virtual and face to face) and comfort with using training functionality such as Camtasia or equivalent
* Excellent IT skills and confidence in using data analysis to lead decision making
* Prioritisation of workload and adaptability to change course when required
* Ability to build a strong network of stakeholders to gain insight into business requirements and partner managers in finding solutions
* Experience of working in a multi-site business and provision of communication and delivery solutions tailored to engaging people across different sites, demographics and departments would be an advantage
THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* SAP Success Factors (SAP SF) implementation of new Learning and Development modules (Learning Management System & Succession)
* Maintenance of current deployed SAP SF module e.g., Personal Development Reviews
* Systems reporting, communication, training to ensure Managers optimise the functionality of the new and current system (PDR, LMS, Succession)
* Leading SAP SF champions group, training and problem solving
* Lead on annual PDR process (aside from systems responsibilities) with support of L&D Coordinator
* Process mapping of L&D processes impacted by current and future SAP SF modules
* Demand mapping from PDR requests and matching to suitable L&D solutions (including blended learning, e learning and face to face solutions)
* Create, publish, and maintain the L&D calendar
* Scope to deliver (outside SAP SF) internal training solutions within areas of own expertise
* Stakeholder partnering (commercial, support and operational managers) in matching solutions to their dept demands and supporting HRBPs with department solutions
* Supporting the L&D requirements of the HR team and delivering appropriate solutions (SAP SF systems or other)
* Scope to contribute to other L&D initiatives (e.g., Apprenticeships, Work Experience, Leadership Programmes)
