Our Client are leaders in dispute resolution specialising in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Japanese Knotweed Litigation, claims for Defective Cavity Wall Insulation, Data Protection, Financial Misselling, Timeshare Misselling, Housing Disrepair and many other innovative ranges of Commercial Dispute Resolution. They have an opportunity for a Litigation Executive to join their team.

The Role

* We are looking for dynamic Litigators to join our thriving team. The successful candidates will be used to dealing with a full range of litigation and enthusiastic to progress and support in new and emerging areas of law.

* You must have experience of running your own cases and multi-track work is highly desirable for these roles.

* An understanding of our specialist areas is not essential for the role provided the candidate can demonstrate suitable experience but is desirable.

* You will have the opportunity to work on high value Commercial Dispute Resolution claims, providing expert legal advice and exceptional client care.

* You must have experience of case preparation, negotiations skills , a deep understanding of the Civil Procedures Rules with a passion for getting it right for our Clients
