We are currently looking to attract an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Birmingham.
The role of Paralegal within our motor team will involve handling a litigated case load of largely fast-track bodily injury claims. Day to day duties include assessing liability and quantum, drafting court documents and obtaining witness statements, alongside standard file handling duties. There is also the opportunity to assist the Partners with high value complex claims.
To be successful in this varied role, experience of handling defendant RTA claims with excellent communication and strong negotiation skills are essential. In addition, we look for high levels of attention to detail and a customer focused approach.
Alongside running your own caseload, we will help you to focus on building your legal knowledge whilst establishing your own reputation with a BLM insurer client. The successful candidate will have the guidance of a supportive and encouraging team, and access to all the latest learning and development technology.
