After a successful number of years and building an excellent and profitable desk within legal, we are looking for an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to expand more into the Legal sector, both in permanent and contract roles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working experienced recruiter to take their career to the next level. This is a role that could very well lead to a team manager position within the next year.
This is an account manager and new business role and the successful candidate will be required to bring in new business as well as provide suitable candidates to existing clients within public and private sector.
Main responsibilities
* To expand legal desk bringing in new clients.
* To source suitable candidates for existing clients within public and private sector and build up long term relationships.
* To train junior members of staff once the desk has enough business to employ more staff.
Person specification
* Minimum of 2 year in legal recruitment
* Proven track record of bringing in new business and resourcing candidates
* Team leadership experience desirable but not essential
