Our client is looking to expand their team and wish to provide an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer who is seeking a new challenge and eager to progress their career.

Working as a key part of their office in Burnham-on-Sea you will manage an existing client base, whilst developing your own clients. There are big plans for the company’s future so are keen to find ambitious and driven individuals with new ideas to join the existing team and to drive the business forward.
This position is a high pressure, exceptionally fast paced and challenging role, so you will need to be resilient, quick thinking and possess the ability to remain calm at all times.
Role responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of existing clients
Develop new business ideas and gain new business
Liaising with clients, local authorities, estate agents and other legal organisations through phone, email, post and face-2-face meetings
Updating files and keeping accurate records
Diary management
Filing
Research and development
Building relationships
Handle objections

To be considered you must:
You will either be a Solicitor, licensed Conveyancer, or a Legal Executive
