Sue Ross Legal have a fantastic opportunity available for Fast Track PI Fee Earners who are looking to progress and handle serious injury/multi track cases. We are working with a Wakefield based firm who are looking to recruit into their ‘Training Academy’.
This role will see you spending 50% of your time training to become a Grade C Fee Earner and 50% of your time working (under close supervision) on a small caseload of multi track, RTA files. After circa 9-12 months you will then progress to becoming a fully fledged Grade C Fee Earner handling your own caseload of Serious Injury, multi track files.
For this role, our client is looking for candidates who have solid experience litigating fast track PI cases but who haven’t yet had the opportunity to progress to multi track. Please note that due to the training element of this role you will be closely supervised and mentored in order for you to be able to handle multi track files.
The role offers a mixture of remote and office based working. An excellent salary along with extensive benefits package and career progression is available.
