Personal Injury Fee Earner

Sue Ross Legal are working with an established law firm who are looking to recruit a Fee Earner to join their RTA Team.
This role will see you handling your own caseload of RTA MOJ Portal claims with duties including;
* Assessing quantum including reviewing medical reports etc
* Drafting schedules of special damages
* Assessing suitable awards for compensation and general damages
* Negotiating settlements
* Identifying litigation opportunities
* Maintaining regular contact with clients
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of running your own caseload of litigated, fast track cases under Part8B of the CPR, have the ability to deal with complex, multi-site injury cases with minimum supervision and be an excellent negotiator.
