This prestigious long-established law firm in Reading is looking to hire a Residential Property Partner to lead its successful Residential Property team.
The opportunity would suit you as a Senior Residential Property Solicitor if you have reached a ceiling in your current firm but have aspirations to become a partner, or you might be an existing partner who wants a new and exciting challenge. You must have a solid background dealing with a broad range of residential property matters.
The firm’s residential property department has a long-established reputation known for its excellent conveyancing practice dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, leasehold extensions, re-financing and re-mortgaging, affordable housing, and transfers of equity to include farming and estates.
Although the firm has extremely well-built, existing client relationships, you will be encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing along with wanting to lead and develop the team. The firm was well known name in the area, and has been operating for many years. The firm are offering good salary, plus bonus, and Equity to candidates in time. Excellent hoildays, and pension. Also working from home on hybrid basis as well. My client is looking for some one with team leader experience.
