Senior Associate – Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary : £55000 – £65000/annum
Our client is looking to recruit a qualified solicitor to join our Commercial Property team as a Senior Associate and to be responsible for a varied caseload of Commercial Property work.

We are looking for someone with 5+years PQE and ideally someone with the desire for progression. As part of our growing Commercial property team, you will work closely with and report directly to the head of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property work. You must be familiar with buying and selling commercial properties, lease / lease renewals, property development, option agreements, joint ventures, planning matters and collateral agreements, acquisitions and sales of property portfolios, licensed premises and auction properties
You must be enthusiastic, forward-thinking and a team player. You should be willing to network in order to make a name for yourself locally and to bring in new clients and contacts to the firm.
