As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you'll have the chance to work on a variety of matters, build close client relationships, and use your technical skills to tackle real estate challenges head-on. This award-winning real estate team acts for investors, government, the NHS, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities, and charities. From conducting due diligence to drafting contracts, you'll be fully immersed in the world of commercial property law.
What you will be doing as a Commercial Property Solicitor
Support and manage commercial property deals.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, licenses, transfers, and deeds
Conduct due diligence and title review
Liaise with clients and lawyers on transactions
Obtain quotes for indemnity policies and work with insurance brokers/underwriters
Perform legal research
Attend client/all parties meetings
Participate in business development events.The experience you will bring to the team:
You will have at least 3 years PQE, working as a Commercial Property Solicitor at a like minded firm.
