The opportunity:
Proven experience of working within a busy residential property team and dealing with a varied caseload including; Sale and purchase, Re-mortgage, Equity release, Transfer of equity, and Lease extensions are required.
Key tasks include:
* To undertake fee-earning work, working both independently, with minimal supervision, and as a member of the team.
* To maintain existing relations with the firm’s clients and assist and help develop new relationships with third-party referrers.
* Represent and liaise with both parties.
* A willingness to participate in the growth and future development of the Team, assisting in building up the client base and marketing the firm’s legal services.
* To comply with any direction or instruction in the Firm’s Practice Manual regarding client care.

* Knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment law
* At least 18 months PQE
