RTA CLAIMS HANDLER
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000 – £32000/annum plus benefits and bonuses
Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with a leading Law Firm who are looking to add an experienced Claimant RTA claims handler to their team. Applicants MUST have good Fast Track RTA claims handling experience with Personal injury, within an insurance company or law firm environment.
The role and responsibilities
* You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of Pre Litigation, complex, Fast Track claims, Part 8 Litigated cases and have the ability to develop your existing experience to litigate on post whiplash reform cases where quantum and liability are disputed.
* Your responsibility will be ensuring clients are provided a high level of customer service and accurate legal advice in accordance with our policies and procedures.
* You will support the strategic development of the department and firm by developing high standards and growing the clients positive experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
The salary is open to negotiation and comes with an impressive benefits package plus hybrid home and office working but you need to live reasonably near Leeds.
