We are currently seeking Clinical Trials Lawyers for the world's leading biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate a variety of clinical and research agreements, including ,collaboration, informed consent forms, confidentiality, consulting, supply/vendor, sponsored studies, CRO contracts.

Serve as a point of escalation on negotiations

Develop and maintain internal global contracting playbooks and country-specific clinical templates.

Update templates with mandatory clauses to ensure compliance with local jurisdictional guidelines for a variety of countries.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ PQE as a UK qualified lawyer with experience working in the with the life science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry.

In depth knowledge of pharmaceutical, R&D, CTA contracting guidelines and regulations.

Strong analytical and drafting skills and wide understanding of business terms in commercial, clinical, and research contracts in the life sciences industry.

Open to working hybrid 1-2 dpw onsite.
