Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £21000 – £23000/annum DOE

Do you have good GCSE's and A Level results?
Dp you have legal experience?
Do you want to work in Bromley?
If you have answered yes to the above then I am keen to hear from you.
Duties include:
* Provide support and assistance to one Solicitor
* Preparing and sending out terms of engagement, transfer documents and any other documents within the time limits under SLA's
* Carrying out land registry searches and dealing with any issues that may arise
* Reviewing and processing mortgage offer, deeds, case documents
* Chasing any outstanding documents/ issues
* Requesting redemption statements
* Carrying out bankruptcy and priority searches
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
* Updating customers, clients, brokers and third parties
* filing, photocopying and printing
* Request AML source of funds requirements from borrowers
