We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join our client's dynamic and growing commercial property team in Leicester. An attractive salary package and benefits will be offered to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on strategic property issues such as options promotion and collaboration agreements
Managing landlord and tenant issues, subject tenancies, and disputes
Providing legal advice on high-net-worth private companies and individual investment acquisitions
Overseeing general acquisitions and disposals
Essential requirement:
At least 2-4 years PQE as a Commerical Property Solicitor
Previous experience in dealing with the workload of Commercial property
Excellent communication skills
