Are you an experienced Global SaaS Contract Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? Look no further! Our client is a leading software provider and are looking for a contract manager to join their in-house legal team.

As a Global SaaS Contract Manager, you will have complete autonomy over your work and the opportunity to make this role your own. You will work remotely with only one day of travel to the office per quarter and receive a competitive salary of up to £70,000.

What you will be doing in this role:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the companies UK and US sales teams in structuring commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and managing a US-based Contract Manager. You will also partner with other departments to ensure agreements are consistent with internal policies and processes, localise and improve standard form agreements and legal processes, and negotiate mutually beneficial terms with customers.

The experience you need for this role:

You should only apply for this role if you have at least 3 year's experience dealing with SaaS agreements and have previously worked in a software company.

Managing and negotiating agreements
Strong understanding of commercial contracting practices and applicable legislation
You should be highly responsive and customer service-oriented, able to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment, and have the ability to multitask on a daily basis.Benefits of working at this company:
